Our history
After a lifetime as a farmer, Pierre Teissonnière decided to acquire a 10-hectare farm in 1963. A wide variety of fruits, vegetables and livestock crops were grown on the farm. During their lifetime, vines were planted, and wine production became more and more important. 50 years later, the estate spans 80 hectares, of which 60 hectares are planted with vines.
Today the torch is in the hands of Pierre’s son and grandson, Georges, and Romain.
Growing vines and making wine has been part of the family history, with knowledge and passion being passed down through the generations. The family vineyard has been maintained with shared values, which include respect for the terroir, sustainable management of soils and the search for balance and elegance.
