In addition to being certified in organic farming, we are pursuing our commitment to biodiversity. We are ensuring the balance and sustainability of our soils by creating harmonious living conditions between the soil, plants, and environment.
This biodiversity includes animals, such as sheep that graze the land and bats and birds that combat destructive butterflies. Cover crops are chosen to limit erosion, improve soil structure and enhance biological activity in the soil to improve water retention and carbon sequestration. We are also planting trees and hedges to protect the soils and create habitats for various species.

Through the rigor of our work, humility and the greatest respect for the land, our goal is to produce the most authentic wines possible.
